DG Industrial Ltd is certified under the requirements specified in CSA W 47.1 Division 2, for erection of structural steel and maintenance, repairs and upgrades to plate and structural members.
We hold a certificate of authorization from the TSASK ( Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan) for pressure equipment fabrication, pressure vessels and pressure piping.
ASME Scope of Work:
3.1 New pressure vessel construction (limited to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 items), miniature pressure vessel construction and the manufacture of category “A”, “E” and “H” pressure fittings under this quality system are at the shop address shown on the Certificate of Authorization, NOT ASME CODE STAMPED.
3.2 Pressure piping construction, repair and alteration to ASME B31.1 and B31.3, as applicable, and repairs and alterations to existing ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels may be completed at the Certificate shop address or sites controlled from this location. Boiler External Piping is not within the scope of this Quality Control Manual.
3.3 Mechanically assembled [non-welded] pressure piping which is constructed, repaired or altered under this Quality System shall conform to the scope, and all requirements of ASME B31.1 and B31.3 Pressure Piping Codes, and the Safety Codes Act and Regulations. Threaded piping which is constructed, repaired or altered under this Quality System shall be limited to the sizes, thicknesses, materials, fluid services and design pressures and temperatures specified by ASME B31.1 and B31.3.
3.4 The pressure Welder and Welding Operator performance qualification testing scope includes issuance of performance qualification cards pursuant to the requirements of the Safety Codes Act and the Pressure Welders Regulations, at the shop address shown on the Certificate of Authorization. All testing and issuing of Performance Qualification cards will be done in accordance with ASME Section lX
3.5 Preparation of design calculations, drawings and specifications will be contracted to a qualified engineering organization, or will be provided by the client.
